ASDC attaches great importance to quality management, so established a perfect quality assurance system, and has implemented the quality policy in terms of "efficient management, satisfied-oriented service, innovation product and common development". In the long term of  software services, based on CMMI model and based on ISO9001 standard, combined with the company's long and successful experience of offshore software development projects, and in accordance with the following principles, we summed up the organizing of our software development process

        1.Meet the targets and needs of the company's software development strategy;

        2.Meet the client’s requirements on software processes and product standards for the project;

        3.Conform to the general standards of the industry on software processes and products;

        4.Adopt the best practice for various types of projects, including effective software engineering methods and tools;

        5.Appropriately integrated software processes in projects of various business types

        In order to better implement the company's software development management, ASDC has developed its own project management tool for keeping track and management of each task in a project (such as development task,  workload, Q&A, defects, problems, etc.). We have independent SQA to check the procedures of projects, and technical experts to evaluate the intermediate product qualities. With comprehensive data to support the product      quality analysis, developed products satisfied clients in demands and guarantied requirements.

        ASDC passed CMM Lever2 assessment in 1999, becoming the first company in China to pass such assessment. In the same year , ASDC passed the ISO9001:1994 certification. In 2005, passed ISO 9001:2005 certification. In 2007, also passed CMMI L3 assessment.

        ASDC will continually improve its development methodologies to better satisfy clients in demands.
